Our Origins
a-Global was developed by ALISTER AVOCATS, a business lawyers partnership 1 with offices based in major French cities (Paris, Lyon, Nice, Strasbourg, Marseille, etc.) in collaboration with its German International Desk.
Since its creation, ALISTER AVOCATS has expanded in France with the aim of improving its national presence and broadening its expertise areas. Our lawyers’ main practices caver: corporate, M&A transactions, tax, commercial law, intellectual property, labor law, real-estate, arbitration, insolvency, criminal business law, and German-French law.
While legal issues become increasingly complex and require diverse expertise with a global environment, ALISTER AVOCATS wishes to provide its clients with the opportunity to be supported abroad by trusted partners.
