I am a German-qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) and U.S. Attorney (Florida) advising European companies, particularly from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), on establishing and expanding their business presence in the United States.
My practice focuses on U.S. corporate law, company formation, market entry strategy, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and ongoing legal support for U.S. subsidiaries of European businesses.
